Location: Nangang District, Taipei (5-minute walk from Kunyang/Nangang stations). Near major biotech and tech hubs.
Opening: Late June 2026.
Facilities: 1,650 pings of private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
Industry: Smart Medical, Digital Health, and Healthcare.
Stage: Growth-stage startups (around Angel round) under 8 years old, ready for PoB.
Registration: Must be registered in Taipei City (or commit to registering within 6 months of joining). Excludes IPO'd or acquired companies.
Free Seats: Free dedicated seating for the first year (utility/management fees excluded).
Company Registration: Free address registration at InnoPad Taipei.
Clinical Access: Direct access to TMU’s ecosystem (1 university, 6 hospitals, 1 long-term care system) for PoB validation.
Resources: Investment matchmaking, international exhibitions, and startup courses.
Duration: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
