  • Plan and organize Biodesign-related courses, lectures, and outreach activities.
  • Manage TMU Biodesign’s media marketing and the development and maintenance of social media platforms.
  • Oversee and support domestic and international exhibitions, promotional events, and related activities.
  • Manage the Center’s budget utilization and issue receipts as required.
  • Assist project teams with project progress management and coordination.
  • Facilitate connections among teams, experts, manufacturers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist teams in the application, planning, and execution of innovation-related projects.
  • Manage the supervisor’s schedule and calendar arrangements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

  • Serve as the primary contact window for international collaboration and partnership development in Biodesign.
  • Support fundraising initiatives and identify potential domestic and international partners.
  • Facilitate connections among project teams, experts, manufacturers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and organizing Biodesign-related courses, workshops, lectures, and promotional events.
  • Support project teams in project planning, progress tracking, and the execution of innovation-related research activities.
  • Coordinate and manage laboratory equipment, facilities, and space arrangements.
  • Assist in project management, including planning, implementation, and progress monitoring of assigned projects.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
