At the end of 2022, the United Nations International Telecommunication Union pointed out that an estimated 66% of the world's population, or about 5.3 billion people, were using the Internet. In addition, a 2023 report from "Digital 2023: TAIWAN" pointed out that the total number of Internet users in Taiwan has reached 21.68 million, equivalent to 90.7% of Taiwan’s population. As the number of people using the Internet continues to increase, more meaningful things can be achieved through data collection, data analysis and application, which not only improves the convenience of life, but also brings great opportunities for academic research and business innovation, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation between industry, government and academia.
Chang Gung University will hold a cross-school technology presentation and business opportunity matchmaking conference, it named as the " Utilize effectively of AI and Big Data to Create a Digital Intelligence Future", inviting 10 universities to participate in the event, including members of scientific research industrialization platforms of the NSTC, to participate and explore the applications and infinite possibilities of AI and big data in various fields.
From AI medical care to AI industry and to AI art, the application of AI and big data has become a major development trend today. Through this event, we will explore how to utilize effectively of AI and big data to promote innovative technologies and showcase the new possibilities in different fields. Through theme sharing at the event, we encourage industry, government, academia and research to effectively apply AI and big data, and jointly create future business opportunities for digital intelligence.
